I always find it interesting to see how people are using our apps.
Here is the breakdown of devices using Discovr Music for the last couple of days over hundreds of thousands of data points. Note this app is now iOS5+ only.
iPhone is the dominant platform for us, almost double that of iPad. iPod touch is smaller, but still a significant number of devices.
iPhone 4S and 4 are the main devices here still, although iPhone 5 has taken out 13% in only a few weeks. This means that 94% of devices are retina.
iPad 2 and 3 are pretty even, with the iPad 1 share falling fast. It will be interesting to see what the iPad Mini does to these numbers over the next few weeks.
